    1. Ethical Management refers to the practice of conducting business and leading employees in a morally responsible and principled manner. It involves making decisions and taking actions that align with ethical values and standards, not only for the benefit of the organization and its stakeholders but also for the well-being of employees, customers, society, and the environment.
Management of Ethics means setting in place control mechanisms which can guide the behaviour and conduct of the stakeholders in an ethically upright way.
The following are the mechanisms that can be considered at different levels for the management of Ethics
      • Individual – Self awareness and reflection
      • Family – Family meetings and open communication
      • Civil Service – Merit-based selection system, training and code of conduct
      • Society – Educational institutions, Media and NGOs
      • State – Laws, regulations, and rules.

    1. You can refer any book/source. Even this blog is sufficient too. Just understand the concepts in simple words. Apply the concepts to the different situations. Practice previous years questions. Enjoy the process of Preparation. That's all.
